I have found that the principles of effective skill application remain the same. As a community moderator, manager, chatter, understanding the dynamics of the community and anticipating its needs is very important. It’s not enough to simply know what to do in terms of skills and techniques, one must also foster engagement and build a thriving community using creativity and proper applications of your skills and techniques at the right timing.
